Living Right is Prosperous!
Living your life the way God designed you to live it, brings you blessing and peace.
Those who live for worldly lusts and pleasures will always fail and end up destitute.
An upright person honors God with their life without questioning God.
An upright person understands that God's statutes are for their own good, to bring them to good things.
Don't compromise with the world or have fellowship with those who challenge godliness.

Lord Jesus, I thank you for making me an upright person and for teaching me Your Ways.
Please help me to grow in Your Word that I might please You and bear much fruit.
Let others see my life flourish, as the scripture has said that it would provoke them to live for You.

God's Word on Revenge
Revenge doesn't belong to you, it belongs to God.
Don't hurry to get someone back because it will end up hurting you.
Hurt feelings do not give you the right to hurt someone back according to God's Word.
Always pray for people who use you and hurt you and watch what God does.
Remember to always love your enemies (this doesn't mean to hang with them) because God loves them.

Lord Jesus, I forgive those who have done me wrong and hurt me.
I thank You for forgiving me for my sins when I have hurt You.
I refuse to live a life of revenge and hot anger.

Keep It Real!
Jesus is telling us to keep our conversations truthful and to the point.
The world likes to communicate using innuendos, hinting and suggestive talk.
You are not of the world and your answers should always be the truth, either yes, or no.
If you are too busy to keep your word, you are too busy!
As a believer, anyone should be able to rely on your word.

Lord Jesus, You are the Way the Truth and the Life and I want to be more like you.
I will follow Your Word and let my yes be yes and my no be no.
Please correct me if I should fall short of Your Word, as I desire to please You.

Pride is a Spirit Killer!
The opposite of being humble is being proud and haughty which will eventually hurt you.
The Word of God says the pride comes before a fall and it is much easier to simply humble yourself.
God will promote you in His timing if you are humble and patient.
The devil cannot steal a promotion that is given to you by God.

Lord Jesus, I humble myself in Your sight and exalt Your Name above every name.
I cast down a proud spirit and thank You for Your patience with me.

A Wise Man Keeps Away from Sin!
A wise man doesn't keep company with those that sin or take sin like it's no big deal.
A wise man knows that the wages (paycheck) for sin is death and separation from God.
A foolish man lashes out, speaks whatever is on his mind and is confident in himself.
A wise man will fear (reverence and deep respect) for God and will obey His rules.
A wise man trusts God and His ways above His own.

Lord Jesus, I honor, respect and reverence You and Your ways.
I will keep myself from darkness and walk in Your marvelous light.
I bind every deceitful, lying and enticing spirit that would try to speak to my mind.

Luke 9:23

let him deny himself,
and take up his cross daily,
and follow me."
We Also Have a Cross
Like Jesus, let us go through whatever is necessary to get to our eternal reward.
Remember, that even though you will go through hard times, the Lord has sent you a comforter.
Let us always be thankful for the price that Jesus paid to secure our salvation.
(Salvation is the deliverance from the power and effects of sin).
We must continue to deny ourselves (tell our sinful nature no!) and do what the Word says.
Remember that your eternal reward more than outweighs any suffering you will temporarily endure.
Jesus was tortured and beaten in public. Others need to holiness in us especially when we suffer.
Keep your eye on the prize, it is worth it!

Lord Jesus, thank You so much for the price that You paid for my sin.
I ask You to continue to make me more like You, that my life would give You glory.

Take time out of every day to worship your Lord and savior Jesus Christ.

He is the first and the last, the beginning and the end and above HIm there is no other.
He is the True and Living God who reigns forever more.
He is King of every King and Lord of every Lord.

Know Your God that you serve. He is awesome and He is all powerful.

How do you respond when someone yells at you or talks down to you?
The Word of God yields great results if you simply apply it.
Answering someone back softly actually turns away hot anger.
Tough words and back talk turn into fighting and war.
Resist the impulse to answer harshly and think before you speak.
Be known as a peace maker and a true child of God.

I bind the spirit of anger and take on a spirit of excellence in obedience to Your Word.

Do you go to who will tell you the truth or to who will tell you what you want to hear?
God definitely speaks to us by His Spirit and through His Word and often through His servants.
Good advice will come from some who is seasoned and has your best interest in mind.
Make sure to ask the Lord who is ordained to speak into your life.

Lord Jesus, please show me who my spiritual leaders are and connect me with them.
I want to know Your Word so that I can obey it and please You.

It is always wise pray and to get Godly counsel before setting out to something.
In relationships, business endeavors and in family situations God always knows best.
God will speak through His people and His people are known by the fruit that comes out of their lives.
God's people have love and are not prejudice in any way and peace follows them.
Remember God's Word also says that a wise man fears God and receives instruction.

Others love their sin too much to bother seeking the Lord, we must tell them anyway.

So many in this world are tired of harvesting corruption and destruction but continue
to plant darkness into their lives by partaking in the temporary pleasures of this world.
You are called to plant the Word into Your spirit man so that you will reap eternal life.
Your example will teach others to start feeding their spirit man the Word of God,
because they will see the outcome of love, joy and peace in your life.
Your example will show others that the pleasures of this world do
not satisfy, but only temporarily gratify and lead to death.
Sin simply isn't worth it!

Mark 1:17

Become a fisher of men!
Aside from following Jesus and the Word of God we must compel others to follow Him.
You may get rejected some or even much of the time, but keep telling others the good news.
The good news is that anyone with breath in their body can be redeemed from their sins.
Anyone can receive forgiveness, peace and joy whenever and wherever they are.
You don't have to be a preacher to let someone know that Jesus saves!
Another way to catch a soul is to bring them to an experience believer or to church.
Also remember the Gospel should never be forced on anyone.
The Gospel is for "whosoever will."

Restoring Your Brothers and Sisters in Christ
God is not raising a generation of fault finders but a generation of restorers.
We have all sinned and needed to be forgiven, so let's extend God's grace to others.
When someone has fallen it is love that helps them back up.
It is the accuser of the brethren (the devil) that reminds someone of their sins.
Pray and ask the Lord to direct you when you know someone has gone a wrong way.

Live a life that warrants God's blessing. Having joy beats fun any day!
Fun only lasts for a short time and can end up costing you a lot.
You can have joy any day, even on days that are difficult.
You can even have peace right in the middle of a storm!
God WANTS YOU to be blessed!

Hebrews 11:6
But without faith it is impossible to please him:
for he that cometh to God must believe that he is,
and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
Keep Seeking and You WILL Keep Finding!
We never come to the point where we know it all and the Word clearly states:
God is a rewarder of them that work hard at continually seek (look for) Him.
God is so vast that it is impossible to completely know Him.
He is like a treasure that you continue to discover. A treasure that keeps making you richer!
Aside from reading the Word and meditating on it (thinking on it),
it is so powerful to outwardly (say outloud) announce your trust in God.
One thing that helps me when I have difficulty trusting God in a particular area is
telling Him that I do have doubts (you can be honest with Him!) and telling
Him out loud that I put my trust in Him.

Lord Jesus, I put my faith and my trust completely in You.
Please forgive me for the times that I pulled back and did it my way.
Today I seek You with my whole heart and will continue to do so every day.
I rebuke the power of discouragement and anxiety and doubt in my mind.

Real Simple. Do what you know you should do and don't do what you know you shouldn't do.
Get rid of the things that temporarily feel good but cost you later.
Be patient running this race, understanding that God's timing is not our timing.
God's timing is NEVER wrong, so enjoy the ride!
He's going to get you where you're going!

Distractions are designed by your enemy to get you off course and into a deadly trap.
Keep your spiritual ears open to hear what the Lord is saying. He will NEVER lead you wrong!

Giving thanks to the Lord is the first step in getting into His presence.
When we praise the Lord, we praise Him solely because He is worthy.
Giving Him praise gets us even closer to His presence.
His presence brings us the fullness of joy.
Our problems seem miniscule in His presence!

What Are You Saying?
What a person says, is telling you what is inside of them. What are you saying?
In every situation you go through, you are telling others what you really believe.
Plant the Word of God in your heart on a daily basis and watch a change happen in the things you say.
It is not enough to be in God's Word once a week, but wise to read and meditate on it daily.
A wise man will not only read the Word of God and meditate on it daily, but he will also do it!
Listen to yourself and play back what you've been saying.
Is God being glorified, or do you sound like everyone else?
If you sound like the rest of the world (fleshly) then it's time for a change.
God bless you this day as you read and practice His Word.
