God Is Enough!

The Light of God is better than any drug or website.

The world entices you making darkness look attractive

but leaves you empty and feeling thrown away.

Always remember God is more satisfying than the world.

Lord Jesus, I ask You to renew my mind afresh right here and right now.

I remind my spirit man that I am a new creature in Christ and old things are passed away.

I will let You fulfill my life with light, peace, love and joy.

Ephesians 5:15-16

"See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise,
Redeeming the time, because the days are evil."

Walk Wise!

Fools are those who act without thinking and talk before meditating about what they will say.

Fools live a life full of regret, wishing they would have done things different after it's too late.

Here, God's Word is telling us to think and pray before we act or react.

Take time to S.P.L.I.T. Throughout your life if you are listening, you will hear the Holy Spirit say STOP!

When you do, then obey Him and pray, listen intently and trust what He tells you.

Sometimes you won't necessarily hear His voice but because you acknowledged

Him, He WILL point you in the right direction!

Lord Jesus, I give You free reign in my life in every area.

Please remind me when I get ahead or behind and to take the time to SPLIT.

I really want to hear Your voice so that I can please You.

I cast down imaginations and every voice that doesn't line up with God's Word or will.

Ephesians 5:15-16

We are in the end times witch means we either have to be in or out.

We have to redeem our time here on earth and cannot focus all our lives on food or tv or the internet.

God is looking for a soldier ready to fight at any moment,

so be ready when you are not expecting or wanting to be ready.

Let's Pray (always pray out loud if you can).

Lord Jesus, I ask You to help me to use my time wisely.

I just ask that you forgive me for any sins and I want you to make me faithful

and ready at a moments notice.

Make me a soldier in the army of the lord in Jesus name I pray amen.

Luke 6:38

"Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over,

shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again."

Remember to Give!

Jesus is telling us that givers will end up being receivers.

Not only will you get back, but you will get back more than you gave.

God loves a cheerful giver, a giver who gives because they are happy to.

Go out of your way to give someone you wouldn't normally give to, something that

goes beyond what you would normally give and then wait see what happens!

Lord Jesus, I desire to be a giver.

Your Word tells me that since I have received freely that I should freely give.

Please help me to apply this principle to my life that I might reap its benefits

and that I might please You!

Hebrews 3:15

While it is said, To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts, as in the provocation.

Listen and Obey!

The Holy Spirit is speaking and it is up to you to listen to Him today.

Don't ignore His voice and do whatever you feel like doing or you will have regret.

God is constantly trying to lead His children to something better than they would

lead themselves to! Listen, trust and obey and be happy in Jesus!

Lord Jesus, I ask You to give me ears to hear what Your Spirit is saying today.

Please lead and guide me into Your perfect will as I deny my will.

I will listen, trust and obey.

Listen and Obey!

God is teaching us how to pray. If you notice it is not very long its simple and straight to the point.

I encourage you to take time to study and understand each sentence in this prayer and

pray like this every day.

Stay Small In Your Own Eyes!

It is not necessary to promote or exalt yourself,

Remain humble especially when you experience victory and success.

Real promotion and position comes from God.

You are most powerful when you are where God places you, not where you place yourself.

Lord Jesus, I humble myself before Your presence right here and now.

You are great and I am small. You created me and have numbered my days.

May my life be pleasing and acceptable in Your sight as I learn Your ways.

Daily Renewing

Just like a comptuer needs to be shut down and updated and sometimes restored,

so it is with us. We need the Word of God and the presence of God daily.

God's Word changes twisted, corrupted and dirty thinking into clear, straight and clean

thinking which effects every aspect our lives for our good! Be renewed every day!

Let's Pray (always pray out loud if you can).

Lord Jesus, I ask you right now to renew me in the spirit of my mind.

Take out what's not like You and and what is like You.

Please forgive me of any sin and give me ears to hear what Your Spirit is saying today.

I open my spirit to receive Your voice and obey Your commands.

Pay Attention!

Be watchful and prayerful because your enemy is on his job 24/7.

Your enemy is out to utterly destroy you and will settle for nothing left.

Another scripture tells us to be wise as serpents, but gentle as doves.

When it comes to engaging your enemy in battle, remember who has the power. YOU!

Holy Spirit please help me to be alert of my surroundings and to

be not only careful but also prayerful.

Lead me and guide me into Your perfect will, where nothing can harm me.

Take all of me. I am yours.

Keep Your Conversations Clean!

Clean conversations and communications begin with clean thinking.

Be very careful what you see and listen to that it might be clean, pure, good and godly.

Also think and pray before you speak or as the Word says, be slow to speak.

Be sure that what comes out of your mouth is helpful not hurtful to the hearer(s).

Holy Spirit please help me to be acutely aware of what I am feeding my spirit.

Please remind me to take time to pray and think before I speak.

Let my life be full of light in both my actions and my speech.

Ephesians 5:11-12

"And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.
For it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done of them in secret."

Leave Dark and Unclean Completely Alone!

You are called to a life of holiness and purity where there is no room for dark and unclean.

You are not to even speak of sinful things that worldly people do because it profits nothing.

Stay on this path of righteousness dear soldier in God's Holy Army and stay fit for battle!

Dear Jesus, I reject darkness and ask You to consume me with Your Light.

Please order my steps and give me ears to hear Your commands that I might obey You.

I receive Your direction, correction, wisdom, instruction and Your blessing.

2Corinthians 5:17

"Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature:

old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new."

Remember You Have Been Made Completely New!

Having Christ in your life means that your past no longer has any power over you.

Yes, the devil will come to tempt you to go back, but you must remember you are NOT powerless.

God's mighty hand more than saved you, He gave you power over the devil you once served.

When the enemy comes to say that you are not saved, take out your Sword of the Spirit (which

is the Word of God) and tell him that you are brand new and the past is only the past.

God forgot about your sin the minute you asked Jesus to be Lord of your life.

Don't allow the enemy to convince you of anything else.

We silence the voice of the enemy by the Word of God!

Lord Jesus, You are my Savior and King and I have been made brand new by You.

Please continue to teach me Your ways and teach me Your Word by Your Holy Spirit.

I commit my life and my future to You and I reject darkness.

"But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise;

and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;"

God Chose Us!

God does not use man's measurements or standards to decide who He wants to use.

Here God's Word is telling us that He uses foolish, weak, insignificant things and people

to blow the worlds mind with His awesomeness and power.

Never discount or rate yourself and say God can't use you.

Lord Jesus, if You can use anything, You can use me.

Take my life, a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable unto You.

Use me any way You choose. I am Yours.

1Corinthians 3:16

"Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?"

YOU Are The Temple!

It is always good to be reminded that your body belongs to God and that it is a container.

Your container or temple is designed to be a dwelling or housing for the Holy Spirit.

Because our bodies are made of corruptible flesh, we have to keep them in check.

When your flesh wants to get its way, it is important to deny it or tell it no!

Be careful what you allow to get into your temple through your eyes and ears.

Stay in the Word of God and stay in the presence of the Lord and keep your temple clean!

Lord Jesus, I understand that I am not my own and that I'm bought with a price.

I make myself available to You and Your will.

I am Yours and You are mine. Be glorified through this temple.

God Is Your Defense!

It is so good to know that the Lord will fight your battles.

All you have to do is walk upright before Him, which means to obey and trust Him.

Learn His ways, His voice and His commands and simply do them.

When you are in trouble, Almighty God Himself will deliver you!

Lord Jesus, I thank You so much for being my defender.

Please continue to teach me Your ways so that they will be my ways that I may please You.

I trust You to fight my battles and to give me instructions for the part I must do.

The Lord WILL Deliver You!

Those who are in right standing with God will go through some tough things.

This verse is telling us that we WILL be delivered from every one of them!

Don't be afraid or anxious when you face adversity, but be excited as you

look to Your Mighty God knowing in your heart of hearts that He will make a way!

Lord Jesus, I worship You as my strong tower and deliverer.

You are who I run to when I am faced with problems.

You, my God are more than able to deliver me!

Thank You for Your power active in my life.

Psalms 34:14

"Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it."

Leave Darkness and Look for Peace.

We have to remember that we are in a non stop war with a relentless enemy.

Because we are made of flesh, it can be easy to slip away from doing right if we aren't careful.

Give yourself a spiritual check up today and everyday to be sure you are doing what you know to do.

If you begin to lose your peace and feel anxious or afraid, it is a sign that something is off.

When this happens remember to SPLIT (stop, pray, listen intently, trust).

Be sure to wait for God's answer to point you in the right direction.

Follow His voice and you WILL find peace that you can keep!

Lord Jesus, I worship You as the One who orders my steps and has numbered my days.

Please forgive me where I have erred or strayed from Your Truth.

I reject all darkness and will not resist Your commands.

"The face of the LORD is against them that do evil,

to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth."

We Must Warn Unbelievers!

So many people who walk by you every day are lost and are in danger of eternal death.

We warn people who do evil because we love them, not because we condemn them.

The Lord God Almighty is not changing His mind how He feels about sin.

We must warn others that the paycheck for sin really is death.

Some people simply don't know while others don't care.

It is only our job to warn them and love them.

Let's Pray (always pray out loud if you can).

Holy Spirit, I am asking You to lead me to tell others about God's goodness and mercy.

Please put the words in my mouth that I must use to warn people of spiritual danger.

I am not ashamed of the good news nor will I be afraid to make a stand.

Isn't God's forgiveness and cleansing power awesome?

Once the Lord makes You free, you are completely free and no longer in bondage.

Keep yourself unspotted from the sins of this world.

The world has nothing to offer you that will last.

Lord Jesus, thank you so much for making me clean and complete.

I offer You my body to be a living sacrifice that is holy and acceptable unto You.

I will not allow the enemy or others to remind me of my past.

When you seek the Lord with your whole heart you will find Him and

Time to tell the world the great news that everlasting life is free and available to all.

There are few things as important as giving the good news to a lost and dying generation.

Be sure to look for opportunities to tell others that Jesus saves, heals and delivers.

Jesus IS Life!

Jesus is the Word of God and His Words are Spirit and they are life.

It is way more important to give someone the Word over your opinion.

When you give someone the Word, you are giving them Life!

Only God's Word Gives Life!

So many people are chasing things that will not last. These things are temporary.

Living for the moment is dangerous when you live it in the flesh because the moment will fade quickly.

Reading, meditating on and doing the Word of God is the only thing that will last eternally.
