The enemy of your soul has counterfeit teachers that sound right but are evil.
Be sure to ask God who is supposed to teach you His Word.
The Holy Spirit will let you know what is true and what is false.
He will let you know what is good and what is evil.
Also, just because a teacher says something you don't like doesn't
necessarily mean the he/she didn't come from God.

Lord Jesus, I ask that you place the people in my life who are ordained to speak into my life.
Please remove the ones who You did not send to speak to me.
Please give me discernment to know the Truth when I hear it.
Please continue to open Your Word to me so that I can know Your voice for myself.

The transformation we need to have in order to please God can only come from God and His Word.
Always admit to the Lord where you are really at and continually ask Him to make you new inside.
Keep His Word on the forefront of your mind and give close attention to His voice.
Don't walk carelessly, but carefully as the enemy has set out traps to snare and trick you.
Live every day of your life knowing God is lovingly watching and protecting you!

As believers, not only are we to keep ourselves from those who live in darkness,
we are also instructed not to talk about what they do secretly in the darkness.
We can't help who is around us at certain times, but it is a mistake to
choose to fellowship with those who live contrary (opposite) of God's Word.
We should also abstain from being entertained by things that portray living in darkness.

Lord Jesus, I am Your child and I choose to walk in the Light.
Jesus, You are the Light of the world and I serve You alone.

When a conversation starts to get fleshly, discipline yourself to end it and be quiet.
Don't say something you'll regret later but use restraint and choose your words carefully.
Corrupt communication is not only bad for you but for those around you.
Your mouth is to be used as an instrument that builds up and not to tear down.
Remember everything you say is being recorded in Heaven!

Lord Jesus, I ask You to help me keep a guard over my tongue.
Let my words be run through the filter of the Holy Spirit before speaking.

Being born again means that God does a miracle in your life and
creates in you a clean heart and gives you a brand new start.
God Himself remembers your sins no more and forgives you of all your past.
Don't let the enemy of your soul tell you that you are not forgiven.
The devil is a liar who will try to trick you out of what God has freely given you.
Be glad this day that your name is written in the Lamb's Book of Life!

He made a promise that said He will never leave you or do you wrong.
God's plans for you are always for your good and for your gain.

This scripture is saying now that you have been born again it is important
to keep your mind on heavenly things more than earthly pleasures.
Your old life is passed away and you are a new creature.
It is too easy to go back to old ways when you get wrapped up in worldly stuff.
Take time daily to meditate on God's Word and take time to hear His voice.
He is speaking right now.....Are you listening?

This is basically saying that you should think and pray before you do anything.
Think about the outcome of what you are about to say or do and ask yourself:
What will be the final result of this? Is this within God's will for me?
The Word of God is clear that we have no time to waste.
A wise person will acknowledge the Lord in all of his ways.
A child of God is led by the Spirit of God.

but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able;
but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it."
Escaping Temptation!
Once you have been born again, you are free from sin and can and should stay that way.
When you are tempted to do wrong, it comes from the devil and you should resist him.
Also, remember that whenever you are tempted, God WILL provide a way to escape.
It is up to you, however to choose to exit the temptation!

Run From Evil Attractions!
There is a part of us called the flesh that is attracted to things that are bad for our spirit.
Some of these things are so luring that the Bible says to run from them.
Don't watch, touch, or listen to things that you know displease God.
These things will corrupt your spirit and separate you from God's presence.
Remember that the end of sin is always destruction that leads to death.
If you're involved in activity that you know within yourself displeases God,
the way out is repentance. This means to be so sorry for you sin that you
turn from it. Jesus will then forgive you and set you free.
Stay Free!

Yes, they crucified Jesus and He laid down His life for our sins BUT
Three days later He rose again from the dead and He is Lord!
What a privilege to be able to spend time with the risen King every day!
